Rainforest Aerial Tram
Aerial Tram - Feel at one with Nature as you are taken into the heart of the rain forest as the Aerial Tram winds its way to a height of 300 ft. Spectacular views of three of Dominica’s tallest mountains, Morne Watt, Morne Micotrin and Morne Anglais await you; you catch glimpses of the agouti and other wildlife scampering through the lush foliage. You can choose to walk across the magnificent spring bridge 300ft. high on the way down – either way this natural experience will leave you exhilarated and at one with Nature. (1½ hrs)

Freshwater Lake
Accessible from the village of Laudat after a 45 minute hike, the north-west end of Freshwater Lake rises to an elevation of 2,500 feet(767m); with a depth of c.75ft, its serene beauty is made all the more exotic by the mountain thicket with melastome shrubs and Heliconia plants leading to a gully overlooking the lake. Its main source of water comes from hydro-electric plants and is visited by a number of wetland birds – green-backed, little blue and great blue herons, common gallinule, blue-winged teal and ringed kingfisher.
